Dear Sir: �
Contract No. G 3'446 was awarded to Crowley Fence Company for
Installation of a Chain Link Fence at Valley Playground,
Jackson and Vall,ey Streets, S�. Paul .
During the cours'e of the work it was found desirable to de-
lete 53 feet of 4 foot fencing, for which a �redit to the
contract of $103:00 will be made and substitute the following:
Two triangular� shaped fences appurting a handball wall
A 30 foot section of 5 f oot high fence atop said wall
A "fill-in" se'ction to close all existing openings be-
tween the above construction ;
iat an extra cost of $254.00., making a net extra of $151.00. i

We believe this to be a reasonable amount for the material i
and labor involved and it is requested that a resolution be
' submitted to the Council authorizing this extra in the amount
of $151 .00.
