Whereas, the City of Saint Paul by and through its bepartment
of P'arks and Recr'eatio'n An�d Public Buildin�gs has entered into� a
contract with Karl Dedolph Construction Company for Repair of the
Bird Shelter at� Como Zoo, and I
Whereas, as a part of the g.eneral specifications certain in-
surances to wit: Builders 'Risk in specific amounts are required,
i
�esolved, that the gen_eral specifications which are a part
of said contract may be and hereby are specifically amended sofar
as the limits of the Builders Risk insurance policy required �
thereunder are concerned and that substituted in place of the
amount required in the general specifications shall be the follow-
ings Builders Rislc $2j500 instead of $10,000.
