2 WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Police Department has provided police services for the 2006 Taste of Minnesota
3 event; and

5 WHEREAS, a 2006 financing and spending plan needs to be established for police overfime services provided
6 at the 2006 Taste of Minnesota; and

8 WHEItEAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.071 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does cerfify that
9 there are available for appropriafion funds of $90,000 in excess of those estimated in the 2006 budget; and

11 WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends that the following addition be made to t6e 2006 budget:
