RESOLVID, upon due consideration of the pertinent application
of A. L. Mueller, ,owner of the sub�ect premises situate in the City of
Saint Paul a,nd described as Lot l, Block l, a,nd Lot 2, Block l, except
the westerly �+3 feet, Auditor�s Subdivision No. 37; Lot 12, Block 3,
except the east 30 feet, Lorena Paxk Plat 2, and a certain part of �
vacated English Street; that a permit hereby is granted for said applicant!s
installation, maintenance, and operation of a 10-cax capacity off-street ?
parking facility on said premises, accessory to a proposed new mortuaxy �
business and facilities thereon, provided that said perm�ite� and said �
permittee�s successors and assigns shall install and ma.intain hereafter ;
while said off-street paxking facility shall be maintained on said �
premises, along the line of the ssme ad�joining the public alley upon which
the sa.me abut, at ,least two signs, approved by the Commissioner of Public �
Works, containing the words, "No Paxking in Public Al1ey" and that said
permittee and said permittee�s successors and assigns shall otherwise make
due compliance with all applicable municipal ordinances, State statutes,
and rules and regulations of public authorities having cognizance.
