s WHEREAS, said easement rights requested to be released are located along Magnolia Avenue from
9 Hazelwood Street to Mechanic Avenue (CF 200�34), Barclay Street from Magnolia Avenue to Maryland
10 Avenue (CF 202495}, and Prosperity Avenue from Johnson Pazkway to Mazyland Avenue (CF 213419;

13 RESOLVED, that with the accompanying Uulity Easement Certificate of Intended Non-Use, filed
1a voluntarily on behalf of the Department of Public Works for the City of Saint Paul, made a part hereof by
15 this reference and filed in the office of the City Clerk of Saint Paul, the City, for itself and on behalf of said
16 Department, waives the rights to the slope, cuts and fills easements in the sueets identified above; and be it

i9 RESOLVED, that upon passage of this resoluuon and the City's receipt of a$300.00 administrauve
2o processing fee, the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record a copy of said resolution in ihe
21 office of the Ramsey County Recorder, and that the City Clerk shall maintain a copy of the Certificate of
z2 Intended Non-Use referenced in this resolution on file in the Office of Citizen Services.

easements that aze no longer needed by the City.
