Council City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: ; It has been ascertained that the single family dwelling at 1235 Charles Street is in dilapidated condition. It is located on Lot: 27, Block 24, Syndicate No. 5 Addi- tion. The dwelling is frame, approximately 20 by28, erect- ed in 1912. It is constructed of old box crates and used lum- ber. The house has been broken into and vandalized and is standing open and presents a hazard to life, limb and ad- joining property. It should be wrecked and removed as it is beyond reasonable repair. A danger notice has been posted. The last known record owner is Ann Myers, 1217 Hague Avenue, Saint Paul.
