Hon. Council
City of Saint Paul
Gentlemen: ;
It has been ascertained that the single family dwelling at
1235 Charles Street is in dilapidated condition.
It is located on Lot: 27, Block 24, Syndicate No. 5 Addi-
tion. The dwelling is frame, approximately 20 by28, erect-
ed in 1912. It is constructed of old box crates and used lum-
ber. The house has been broken into and vandalized and
is standing open and presents a hazard to life, limb and ad-
joining property. It should be wrecked and removed as it is
beyond reasonable repair.
A danger notice has been posted. The last known record
owner is Ann Myers, 1217 Hague Avenue, Saint Paul.
Please institute condemnation action by setting a public
hearing date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the Saint
Paul Legislative Code.
