The property is described as Lots 23, 24, 25,'26,-29, 30, and the -north A of vacated alley adjoining Lots 25 and 26, and all of vacated alley between Lots 23,24 and 29 and 30, Elock 86, Dayton & Irvine's Addition. The property is zoned "C" residence. The Board of Zoning•considered this matter at its regular meeting ' on July 1, 1964. The staff reported that the relaxation of the setback as required would not -have a detrimental effect on any of the adjoining properties and that there is no objection to the addi- -tion to increase the bed capacity of the existing nursing home.
