On July 21, 1964, the Commissioner of Finance reported the petition sufficient with the owners of 18 of a possible 25 (72 %) tracts of land within the prescribed 100 foot radius having signed the petition. The subject property has a frontage of 156 feet on Stewart Avenue and an area of approximately 22,620 square feet. The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting on August 6, 1964. The Staff pointed out the various uses in the area -ranging from single - family to low density multi - residential uses. There are industrial uses to the east and west, and it is felt that the proposed multi- residential use would be compatible with the exist- ing uses in the area.
