RESOLVED, That the Erickson Petroleum Corporation, owner of the subject
premises, commonly designated as the gasoline service station on the northeast
corner of Snelling Ave. and Edmund St. in St. Paul, Minnesota, hereby is granted
a permit, pursuant to their application therefore -, to construct a new driveway
on the north side of Edmund St. not to exceed 38 feet in width, and to there-
after maintain and operate the same as so constructed, subject to said permittee's
compliance with allapplicable State statutes, City ordinances and rules and regu-
lations of public authorities having cognizance.
