RESOLVED, upon the pertinent appeal, under the
Zoning Code, by Lynnhurst Nursing Home, as the owner of the
subject real estate situate in the City of Saint Paul, zoned
in "C" Residence District, under said Zoning Code, and described
as follows:

Lots 120, 121 and 122, Union Park, according
to the plat thereof on file and of record in
the Office of the Register of Deeds in and
for Ramsey County, Minnesota;
that the provisions of said Zoning Code hereby are determined
and varied as and to the extent necessary therefor, and the
building setback line for said real estate, in respect of the
line of Lynnhurst Avenue, upon which the same abuts, hereby is
established as a line drawn across said real estate parallel
thereto and consistently feet distant from said line of said
Lynnhurst Avenue, and that a special permit hereby is granted
unto said Appellant and its successors in interest for the en-
largement and extension of the existing Nursing Home, on said
real estate, so that the existing bed capacity of the same shall_
be increased from 23 beds to 67 beds, and for the maintenance
and operation of the same as so enlarged and extended; provided
that said Appellant and its successors in interest, otherwise,
shall make due compliance with all ordinances,;statutes and rules
and regulations of public authorities applicaR in the premises.

attached appeal of Lynnhurst Nursing Home for permission to increase
the capacity of the existing nursing home from 23 beds to 67 beds AND
their appeal to establish a 25-foot setback from Lynnhurst Ave., the
property being on the west side of Lynnhurst Ave. between Feronia and
Oakley Aves., described as Lots 1201 121 and 122, Union Park Addition.

than 25 feet.
