RESOLVED, That the,First State Bank of Saint Paul, Minnesota, owner of
the subject premises, located at 1000 Payne Avenue on the corner of Jenks St.
St. Paul, Minnesota, hereby is granted a permit, pursuant toiWlr application
therefore, to reconstruct the existing 22 ft. driveway connecting said premises
with Jenks Street which is the entrance to their drive -in banking service win-
dows, so that the same shall represent 28 feet in width, and to thereafter main-
tain and operate the same as so reconstructed and widened, subject to said
permittee's compliance with allapplicable State statutes, City ordinances and
rules and regulations of public authorities having cognizance.
