The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
liminary order of the Council known as Council File No. 217359
approved April 2. 1964 relative tocondemning and taking an easement
for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public sewer on, under and across the
southerly 4 feet of the northerly 10 feet of Lot 19, Block 9, Midway Heights from Chelton St.
to the alley in the rear of said lot. Also condemning and taking a temporary easement for
construction purposes on a strip of land 8 feet in width on the southerly side of the above
easement and the northerly 6 feet of Lot 19 and the southerly 2 feet of Lot 18 in said Block
9, Midway Heights from Chelton St. to the alley in Block 9, Midway Heights.
