RESOLVED, That the, Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials,
equipment and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the furnishing
and installing of bituminous surfacing of the play apparatus areas at
Prosperity Heights'' Playground, Ivy Avenue and Kennard Street, Saint Paul,
Minnesota to ST. PAUL SHEET ASPHAIR COMPANY in accordance with City specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Informal Bid #7284 of said St. Paul Sheet
Asphalt Company for the contract price of $610.00, such bid being the lower
and said St. Paul Sheet Asphalt Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder,

and the'Corporation Counsel'be and hereby is directed to draw up -the proper

form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized
to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Padl.
