The site ;is presently developed with a single - family li story structure and a one -car garage. It is'propos�ed to remodel the existing structure into a den- tal office and - provide off - street= parking for four cars in addition tojthe garage now on the site. The Board of ,�Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting on July -23, 1964: Th'e -staff reported that the pro- posed use would be compatible -with the existing uses in the area, and would not be detrimental to the adjoining properties. The proposed use would be in accord with the Proposed Land Use Plan.'
