S.P. No. 6280 -89, Fed. No. I 35E -4 (48) 113, concerning the
relocation of City lighting facilities presently It lace
along Summit Avenue near.Ninth Street as necessitatlled by
T.H. 94 construction; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City-officers are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said Agreement.
