That Northern States Power Company d/b/a Xcel Energy (Gas & Electric), a Minnesota Corporation, shall retain an easement within the vacated azea for itself, its successors and assigns, for the purpose of maintaining, repairing and replacing existing natural gas and electric lines for so long as Xcel maintains such natural gas and electric lines in the vacated area.
