COMMISSIONE
SOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all required labor and material
and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the General Construction of
Rice Park Development at W. 4th Street between Washington & Market Streets, Saint
Paul, Minnesota to KARL DEDOLPH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accordance with City plans
and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #9866 of said Karl
Dedolph Construction Company for the contract price of $38,652.00, such bid being
the lowest and said Karr Dedolph Construction Company being a reasonable and
reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up
the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are
authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
