plans and specifications for sanitary sewer extensions on Kansas
and Wyoming Streets, Annapolis Street from Felix to Kansas, Felix
Street from Annapolis to Haskell, Christensen Avenue from Annapolis
to Haskell, S. Lange Circle from Charlton to Emerson and W. Lange
Circle from S. Lange Circle to Emerson for the City of West St.
Paul, authorli -zed by and subject to the provisions, terms and
conditions of the City of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 8829, approved
October 23, 1946, for the connection of the public sewer system of
the City of West Saint Paul with that of the City of Saint Paul,
prepared by the chief engineer of said City and approved by the

City Council of West Saint Paul, and heretofore submitted to and
approved by the Commissioner of Public Works and the Chief Engineer,
