appointed Special Bond Counsel for the City of Saint Paul in
respect of its several proposed bond issues now pending and
denominated City of Saint Paul Joint Hospital Facilities Bonds,
Series No. 5, in the par value amount of One Million One Hundred
Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,150,000.00), authorized by Chapter
938, Session Laws of Minnesota for 1957, and by Ordinance No.
-. 11555, approved September 10, 1959; City of Saint Paul Urban
Renewal Bonds, Series 1964A, in the par value amount of One
Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,700,000.00),
autYn rized by Chapter 881, Session Laws of Minnesota for 1963, and
by City of Saint Paul Council Resolution, Council File No. 218634,
approved June 13, 1964; City of Saint Paul School Improvement
Bonds, Series 1964E in the ar value amount of Four Million Four
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($,400,000.00), authorized by Ordinance
No. 11575 (ratified by the electors of the City of Saint Paul)
theretofore approved by the Mayor October 1, 1959; and City
of Saint Paul Sewage Disposal System Bonds, Series 1964B, in the
par value amount of Two Million.Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($2,500,000.00),; authorized by Chapter 341, Minnesota Session
Laws for 1933, as amended; Chapter 44� Minnesota Statutes Annotated,
as amended, andthe subject of pending proposed Ordinance, Council -
