WARE'S CUMBERLAND ADDITION PLAT 1 with the property identification number of 24-29-23-21-0261 was assessed an amount of $2,251.95 for the removal of a diseased elm tree, and WHEREAS, at the request of the property owner, the Forestry Unit of Parks and Recreation for the City of St. Paul investigated the removal of elm tree and determined the above property, with the identification number of 24-29-23-21-0261, was mistakenly assessed since the tree was in the public right of way, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment plus interest for the property with the identification number of 24-29-23-21-0261 be deleted, and Councii File # ��o - �a�{ Green Sheet # 3 C� 3 Z g�Z BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $2,251.95 be funded by the Right-of Way Maintenance Fund.
