Ryan and Margaret Ann Winter, owners of said property, the sum of $15,000.00, said sum to be paid to the aforesaid parties from Fund 3700 -501 upon their furnishing an abstract of title, con- tinued to date, or other documents evidencing good'marketable title in said Rose M. Ryan and Margaret Ann Winter,and upon tender by said owners of appropriate deeds conveying said property to the City free from encumbrance, said property to be used for -the proposed Van Buren Playground as a replacement for the Bluff - Playground which was taken by the"State of Minnesota under appropriate condemnation proceedings, the transfer -of title to the City to be effective upon receipt of appropriate deeds from said owners to the City; however, right to possession in the City, by agreement between the City and the owners, shall be deferred until November 1, 1964; be it RESOLVED FURTHER, That the owners shall have the right to remove and retain the kitchen sink and disposal unit and the carpeting in the living room and the dining room of the house, provided that the same is removed at their own cost and expense not later then October 31, 1964.
