WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be necessary
in the Improvement described as the BATTLE CREEK SANITARY SEWER
SYSTEM, Comptrollers Contract L -6583, Hurley Construction Company,
Contractor, have been provided for in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following Additions
and Deductions:
ADDITIONS:
133.0 tons of asphalt surfacing 8.00 1, .00
1,710-0 tons of Class 4 gravel fill 1.60 2-,M .00
234.0 gals. of bituminous prime coat. 0 0.25 - 58.50
Total 3,858.50
DEDUCTIONS:
1,168.0 sq. yds.' of 7t1 concrete pavement @ 5.00 5,840-00
36.0 cu. yds. of Class 5 gravel @ 3.00 108.00

and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works' has agreed with the above
named contractor that the amount of $ 2.,089-50 is the correct sum
to be deleted from the above contract, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves
the foregoing Deduction made in accordance with the specifications
in the amount of $ 2,089.50, said sum to be deducted from the lump
sum consideration named in the contract, known as Comptroller's
Contract L -6583, and which amount is to be credited to the 1964
Municipal State Aid Fund.
