F. 219310 authorized the pro- per city officials to execute options for the acquisition by the State of Minnesota of certain lands which had been acquired by the city for partially opening, widening, and extending.the Short Line Road. Included with our recommendation was a tabulation of the amounts of the options, as follows: Parcel Addition Lot Block Consideration 16 Michel & Robertson's Add. 2 14 3,600 (except street) Lots 1 and 29 Lexington Park Plat 4 Lots 8, 91 10, and 11 2 9,800 32 Lexington Park Plat 4 Lots 10; 11, 12, and 13 1 6,000 Total 519,400 The Council was advised that the total option price was in line with the negotiations which we had conducted with the Highway De- partment. The State of Minnesota now wishes to take up the options and has prepared the attached deeds for execution by the City of St. Paul. I, therefore, recommend that, subject to the approval of the Cor- poration Counsel, the proper city officials be authorized to con- vey to the State of Minnesota the city -owned lands described here- in for the consideration noted. jt Very truly yours, U Q13 El for A.
