Dear Sir:
This is in the matter of•the application of Wm. F. and Richard M.
Strub for a permit to enlarge an existing 10 car parking lot to
12 off - street parking spaces on property, located on the west side
of Eustis Street between Chilcomb•and"Doswell Avenues on property
described as Lots 4, 5,'and the `south 8 feet of Lot 3, Block 7,
St.Anthony Park West. The property -is zoned it C" residence.
The site is developed withla ten -car off-street parking lot and a
ten -unit apartment building, and it is proposed to enlarge the
existing parking facility to 12 cars; and -the apartment building
to 11 units.
The Board of Zoning_considered the matter at. its regular meeting
on May 14, 1964. The staff-reported that the proposal met-the
requirements for density and building ground coverage, and the
off - street parking plan also met the standards for this type of
facility. The Traffic Engineer has reviewed the proposal and
recommends approval. In consideration of the above factors, the
Board of Zoning recommends the granting of the application for
a 12 car off - street parking lot on the above described property in
accordance with revised plans dated June 3, 1964.
Sincerely,
r
B.R. Teig, A I.P.
