The site is developed withla ten -car off-street parking lot and a ten -unit apartment building, and it is proposed to enlarge the existing parking facility to 12 cars; and -the apartment building to 11 units. The Board of Zoning_considered the matter at. its regular meeting on May 14, 1964. The Traffic Engineer has reviewed the proposal and recommends approval. In consideration of the above factors, the Board of Zoning recommends the granting of the application for a 12 car off - street parking lot on the above described property in accordance with revised plans dated June 3, 1964.
