RESOLUTiON a1VIENDING BUDGET FOR THE REMEDIATION OF THE BOOTH BROR'N HOUSE

WIiEREAS, the City Council on October 26, 2�05, by Resolution Number OS-993, authorized the Airector of the Deparhnent
of Planning and Economic Development to apply to the Metropolitan Council for a�ant to remediate the Booth Brown House;
and
WIIEREAS, the City Council on March 8, 2006, by Resolution Number 06-238, accepted a$136,000 grant for the remediation
of the Booth Brown House and amended the 2006 budget accordingly; and
WHEREAS, an error in the Met Council pxess release understated the actual amount of that grant by $100, and the actual
amount of the grant is $136,100; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does hereby certify that $100 in
funds are available for appropriation in excess of those estimated in the 2006 budget, as amended on March 8, 2006 by
Resolution Number 06-238, and recommends the following changes to the 2006 budget:
