of the two story masonry twenty apartment building on proper-
ty described as Except NWly 5 feet Lot 14, all Lots 15 and
16, and NWly 20 feet of Lot 17, B1ock 6, Rerarrangement of
Blocks 6 anc�7, Central Park �kdt�i�n; also known as 624-6 East
Central Park P�lace, Saint Paul , as published in the official
paper.
No appeal has �been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnati�on proceedings and the building has not been
repaired or removed. PTease proceed with the condemnation ac-
tion, which �wi,�ll authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recre-
ation And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and
wreck and remove the structure thereon, and to do any and all
things therein� necessary for the protection of life, limb, and
adjoining property.
