parking 1ot accessory,�, to a proposed 11 unit apartment building on
property located at the southeast corner of Hawthorne Avenue and
Westminster Street which is described as Lots 1, 2 and 3, Clark's
Sub, of Lots 5 and 5j, Bass Acre Lots. The property was rezoned -
to "C° residence Apri�l 20, 1963. _

- The sub�ect �property,',iwhich is vacant and at the street grade of
. the adjoining streets;;, has a frontage of 128.37 feet on Westminster
S�reet and 110 feet on Hawthorne Avenue, resulting in an area of
14,12T square feet. �;`

• , The Board of- Zoning c'onsidered this matter at its regular meeting
on May 14, 1964. The, staff reported that the proposal met all
of the requirements for density and building ground coverage, and
tbat the plan met the� standards for this type of facility. Tbe
Traffic Engineer bas•a�reviewed the parking lot plan and recommends
- approval. Therefore,�: the Board of Zoning recommends the granting
of the permit for an ll car off-street parking lot on the above _
described property in� accordance with final plans dated June 24;
1964. ;� .
