The Commissioner of Public Works , having had under consideration the pre-
li mi nary order of t he Counci 1 known as Counci 1 Fi le No. 217345
approved April lst. 19 64 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk
on both sides of Gotzian S,t. from 4th. St. to Margaret St. and by doing all other work
which is necessarv and incidental to complete said improvement.
