. � � �he Council of the G`ity of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
� upon the above improvement, and having considered sa.id report, hereby resolves: -
1. That the said report and• the same is hereby approved and adopted, aud the said� improvement- �
- " is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
, 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
�to reconstruct the sidevalk on the west side of Capitol Heights �rom Winter �t. northerly
�to the north line of Lot 3, Blk. 1�+, Ashton and Sherburnes Addition and on the east
� side of Capitol Heights from the south ].i.ne of Lot 9 to the north ]jne of I,ot 1�+,
' Blk. 13, Ashton's & Sherburnes Addition and by doi.ng all other work which is necessary
and incidental to complete sa.id improvement, except where good a.n.d sufficient side-

_ Resolved Further, Z`hat a public hearing be had on said improvement on the lth day of
- Q�����qh� , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council (�hamber af the Court
_ � House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Fina.nce give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
