Mulcrone is survived by her son, Richard T. Mulcrone as legal heir, and � WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has petitioned the Industrial Commission for an order directing payment of the compensation accrued and unpaid, and � Said Commission has issued its Order for Payment of ° o Accrued Compensation, riow, therefore, be it U � o RESOLVED, That the proper City officers shall pay � - � to Richard T.
