WHEREAS, Gertrude J: Mulcrone, widow and sole dependent
of Emmett Mulcrone, Employe of the City of Saint Paul , died
on June 8, 1963, a period of 22 weeks £rom January 7, 1963,
and therefore was entitled to receive Workmen' s Compensation
in the total sum of $990 .00, and
� WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul pursuant to the afore-
said award has paid Workmen's Compensation for a period o£
20 weeks at the rate of $45 .00 per week in the sum of
$900.00 leaving compensation accrued and unpaid in the sum
ot $90.00 , and �
WHEREAS, Gertrude J. Mulcrone is survived by her son,
Richard T. Mulcrone as legal heir, and �
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has petitioned the
Industrial Commission for an order directing payment of
the compensation accrued and unpaid, and
� Said Commission has issued its Order for Payment of
° o Accrued Compensation, riow, therefore, be it

� o RESOLVED, That the proper City officers shall pay
� - � to Richard T. Mulcrone as legal heir of Gertrude Mulcrone
