li mi nary order of t he Counci 1 known a s Counci 1 Fi le No. 217049
approved March 12th. lq 64 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk
on both sides of Van Buren Ave. from Mackubin St. to Western Ave. and by doing a11 other
work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
