The Commissioner of Public Works , having had under consideration the pre-
liminary order of the Council known as Council File No. 217356
approved_ April lst. ' 19 64 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk
on both sides of Brimhall St. from Niles Ave. to Randolph Ave. and by doing all other
work which is necessarv and incidental to complete said improvement.
