� The Commissioner of Publ',ic Works ; having had under consideration the pre-
� li mi nary order of the Counci 1 known as Counci 1 Fi le No. 217357
approved_ April 2nd. _ 19 64 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk
on both sides of Jenks Ave. from Earl St. to Frank St. and by doing all other work
which is necessarv and incidental to complete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things re�ferred to therein� hereby
