RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public h ring be had on said assessment on the
1st day of November, 2006 at the hour of Five thirty o'clock P.M., in the
Council Chambers of the Court House and ity Hall Building, in the City of
St. Paul; that the Valuation and Assessm nt Engineer give notice of said
meetings, as required by the Charter, stat'ng in said notice the time and
place of hearing, the nature of the improv ent, and the amount assessed
against the lot or lots of the particular wner to whom the notice is
directed.

The property owner has not complied with the Saint Paul Legislative Code 267 and the FORCE Unit of the Police Depaztrnent has asked
the Real Fstate Division to process the assessment.
