PAUL FOENCIL NO_ � ''' OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK OUNCIL RESOLU ON-GENERAL FORM �RESENTED DY ` PUBLISIiED '� � �� �'� COMM I551 ON E DATF RESOLVED� upon request of the Director o£ Civil Defense, that approval is hereby given for- Thomas Pascholl, an unpaid vol- unteer of St. Paul Civil De£ense , to attend, at Battle Creek, Michi- gan, the Staff College of the Office of Civil Defense, Department of Defense, for the period July 26, 1964 through July 31, 1964, exclu- sive of travel time, said Thomas Pascholl to enroll as a student in that particular Defense Office Course known as Radiological Defense Officer - II , Decontamination, as the completion of which said train- ing, Mr. Pascholl will be a volunteer instructor in Radiological Moni- toring for the Saint Pau1 Bureau of Civil Defense, and RESOLVED, .further, that authority is hereby given to approp- riate City officials who are hereby directed . to advance to Thomas Pas- choll the sum of $150.00 as and for travel expense and allowances £or the aforesaid training and £urther, authority is given to reimburse said Thomas PaschoTl, for his expenses in attending said training course, as advanced by said Thomas Pascholl, on condition that an accounting of funds be submitted by said Thomas Pascholl to the City Comptroller�, it being the understanding of this Council that such expenditures, as made by said City for the above purpose, are reimbursible from Federal funds to the amount of S0�% thereof. • Councll File No. 219152—By Dean � Meredith— Resolved, Upon request of t$e Direc- tor oP Civll Defense, that approval is hereby given for 'Chomas Pascholl, an unpaid voluntee* of St. Paul Civil Defens., t�r atte��c�, ���.
