establish a 30 foot building line setback'from Hamline Avenue for
property located on the east side of Hamline Avenue between Mar'- •
shall Avenue and St,Anthony-Avenue which is described as the west i�r.i
150 feet of the,�south 500-feet of •Lot A, -Concordia College Campus.

- The College proposes to- erect a.new Science BuiYding on its Campus � "
and because of the size of the property involved, the Building
Department felt:�it advisable to have the Council establish a �
. building line setback. ' _ _ , ,
The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting
and felt that the reques�ed 30 foot building line setback is reason-
able and that it will not adversely affect any other properties.
The Board, therefore, recommends the granting of the building line _
as requested for the above described property.
