n the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the north and
south alley in Btock 5, Tilsen's �ssex Park Plat 2 from Ross Ave. to �f. Seventh St.,
and the east and west alley in.Block 2, Merit Addition from the north and south
alley in Block 5, Tilsen's Essex Park Plat 2 to the north and south alley in Block
2, Tilsen�s Essex Park Ptat 1, under Preliminary Order 2160.93, approved January 7s
1964 and Final Order 217182, approved March 24, 1964.
Resolved, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above named
improvement be and;the same are hereby approved and the Commissioner of Public
Works be and he is� hereby directed to do the work at an estimated cost of
$3015.00 by City Forces and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to secure the
necessary materials, and be it -
Further Resolved, That the cost of the a bove named improvement including
engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $362.00 and Finance Charges
of _$47.50 or a totel of �3424.50 be assessed against the benefitted property.
