To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works � having had under consideration the pre- �
limi nary order of the Counci 1 known as Counci 1 E'i le No. 217042
a p p r o v e d March 12th. 19 64 r e 1 a t i v e t o recons tructing the sidewalk
and replacing with integral curb-sidewalk oa the north side of Feronia Ave. from Prior
Ave. to Lvnnhurst Ave., on the west side of Lynnhurst Ave. from Feronia Ave. to Oakley
Ave. and on the south side of Oakley Ave. from Prior Ave. to Lynnhurst Ave. and by
doinr� all other work which is necessarv and incidental to complete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein� hereby
reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $•4.62 per lia. ft. for 4" mono. fntegral
