The Commissioner of Publ;jic Works , having had under consideration the pre—
limi nary order of the Co'unci 1 known as Counci 1 Fi le No. 217017
approved March llth. 19 64 relative to reconstructing the sfdewalk
on the west side of Cleveland Ave. from Niles Ave. to Juno Ave. and by doing all other
work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
