THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to payout of the Judgment and Compromise Fund to
The Travelers Insurance Company,and its assured, Miles Lane,
the sum of $244.05 in full settlement of their claim against
the City arising from damage to the automobile of Miles Lane
when it was struck by a vehicle owned by the City of Saint Paul
and driven by Edward Hennessy, while said automobile was parked
in front of 157 W6odlawn Avenue on February 23, 1962.
Sec. 2. That said sum shall be paid to said claimants
upon their execution and delivery of a release in full to the City,
in a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all•damages
sustained in the manner aforesaid.
Sec. 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty days after its passage, approval and publication.
