WHEREAS� under authorization of Chapter 700� laws of 1963� any
City of the first class comprising a paxt of a Sanitary Distri.ct author--
ized pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Sta,tutes� 1961, Chapter 1,1,.5�
as amended may prepare and adopt a Study and Plan for Sewage Service
within and without its boundaxies and�
WHERE�S� the City of Sai.nt Paul� Department of Public Works ha.s
incurred expenses in i963 i.n.volving Salaries� Printing� Supplies and
Consultants Fees in the amount of �15�112.50 a.nd wi11 incur further
expenditures in 1964 in connection with the Sewer Planning Study� an�d.
WHEREAS� by letter from the Cit� Comptroller to Eugene V. Avery�
Chief Engineer� dated September 16� 1963, permi.ssion is granted to
establish a project in the Perm.anent Improvement Revolving �Znd from
which chaxges for this study can be paid� now therefore be it�
RESOLVID� tha.t the expend.itures for the Sewer Planning Study in an
estima.ted amount of �75,000.00 be charged to the Permanent Improvement
Revolvi.ng F�and� Code 6000 and this same fund to be rei.mbursed from the
proceeds of the Sa1e of Bonds as authorized by Chapter 700, laws of 1963.
