This application is on the agenda of the Zoning Board for Thursday, February 20, 1964. There was filed with said appli- cation three sets°of plans of the parking lot layout which plans also show the building lines of the proposed building. ' ' In view of the triangular shape of the parcel, and in view of the lack of clear application of the setback provisions of the applicable ordinances, , it is desired to have the minimum required setbacks from the property lines on all sides determined. Therefore, this letter shall constitute an appeal from the application of the provisions of the Legislative Zoning Code to said parcel taken under Section 64.03 (j) of the Legislative Zoning Code for the purpose of deter- mining all minimum setback lines.
