The Commissioner of Public Works , having had under consi�deration the pre-
liminary order of the Council known as Council File No. 215850
approned Dec, 17th. 19 63 relative to reconstructinq tl�e side-
walk on both sides of Highland Parkway from Cleveland Ave to Finn St
and by doing all work which is necessary and incidental to complete said
improvement. �
and having investigated the matters and things re�ferred to therein� hereby
