under Preliminary Order 21,5973 , approved December 24, 1963 �
Intermediary Order 216985 , approved March 10, 1964 �
A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
heard all persons, objections and recommendatione relative thereto, and having fullp coneidered the same;
therefore, be it
�RFSOLVED, By the Council of the City of 8aint Paul that the precise nature, extent a,nd kind of im- -
provement to be made by the eaid City ie condemni ng and taki ng an easement i n the 1 and
necessary for the slopes, cuts and fi11s, including right of removal of lateral
support from subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof
or construction of slopes in the grading and surfacing with bituminous material the
alley in Pease Brothers Rearrangement of Block 1 , Hersey & Woolsey Addition from
Pierce Butler Route north to Railroad right-of-way,

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commiseioner of Public Works be and ia hereby inetructed and
directed to prepare plans a,nd epecificationa for eaid improvement, and the proper city officials are hereby
suthori�ed and directed to proceed with the making of eaid improvement in accordance therewith.
