- A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
heard all peraone, objectione and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same;
therefore, be it �

provement to be made by the eaid City ie condemni ng and taki ng an easement i n the 1 and
necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral
support from subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof '
or construction of slopes in the grading and surfacing with bituminous material
the alley in Block 12, M'erriam Park 2nd addition from Fairview Ave. to Dewey St.
