• RFSOLVED, That the Commiasioner of Public Worka be snd is hereby ordered and directed:
1. To investigate the necesaity for, or desirability of, the ma�ng of eaid improvement.
2. To inveatigate the nature, extent and estimated cost of eaid improvement, and the total cost thereof.
3. To furnieh s plan, profile or aketch of said improvement. '
4. To state whether or not aaid improvement is asked for on the petition of three or more owners.
5. To report upon all of the foregoing matters to��Co jmm��ner of FYnance.
