RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public OVorks be and ia hereby ordered and directed:
1. To inveatigate the necesaity for, or desirability of, the making of eaid improvement.
2. To inveatigate the nature, extent a,nd estimated coet of said improvement, and the total cost thereof.
3. To furnieh a plan, profile or aketch of said improvement.
4. To atate whether or not said improvement is asked for on the petition of three or more owners.
5. To report upon sll of the foregoing mattere to the Commiseioner of Finance.
