There is a one story frame single family dwelling at 1350
DeSoto Stree aint �aul `l, described as .�ot 24, Block 2,
Stone & M�krt�n� �e�er}d Addition to the City of ,i.ra-� Paul,
Ramsey C�,��' Minnesota. ��

This dwellingi�is 22 by 12, over fifty per cent dilapidated
and damaged b"y fire and vandals. Windows and doors are
broken out, the first floor porch is han�ing dangerously,
flooring is be�ng torn out; holes are punched ttirough walls,
there is no plumbing and the building cannot be heated.
It is our opinion that this building is beyond reasonable
repair. It should be brought up to code requirements or wreck-
ed and removed.
The last know�n record owner is Alex D. Wasilesky, 1350 De
Soto Street, Saint Pa�ul l, Minnesota. Danger Notices h.ave
been posted.

Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a public hear-
ing date in accordance with Section 1.07-2 of tho Saint Paul
Legislative Code.
