Council i City of Saint Pa;ul � Gentlemen: �� �F This office has `made an inspection of the two story masonry build- ing at 624-6 Ea�t Central Park Place, also described as Exce�pt NWly 5 feet; Lot' 14, all Lots 15 and 16, and NWly 20 feet of Lot 17, Block 6, Rea�rrangement of Blocks 6 and 7, Central Park Addi- tion. � �E This buildingis 'approximately 96 by 50 by 30, has 20 kitchenette apartments, 18 c'ontaining two rooms and two have three rooms. There are four b�aths of which only one is in operation. Exterior brick are loose �and missing, brick lintels over the windows are sagging and haye';:= loose bricks. Ornamental stucco is loose, Windows are broken, no storm windows. No rainleaders nor gutters. Basement stairway is too narrow, boiler room is not fireproof. Floors throughout the building are in poor shape, sagging, cracked and heaved. Exits are inadequate. Incinerator not properly protected, - Plumbing and electrical systems inadequate. This building is dangerous to life limb and adjoining propert}r and should be repair- ed, wrecked or removed. Danger Notices have been posted. ,. - Last known record owner is Lillian M.
