RESOLVID, that Erickson Petroleum Compa.ny, owner of the
subject premises_ situate at and adjacent to the northeast corner of
Snelling and Edm.und Avenues in the City of Saint Paul, particularly
described as Lots 15, 16,�'17, Block 3, The Hamline Syndicate Addition
No. 3, Ramsey Co. P�iinn. , zoned in Commercial District under the Zoning �
Code, pursuant to its pertinent application hereby �s granted a permit
to reconstruct its existing filling station on said premises, in
accordance with the final;rand hereby approved plan therefor dated
�farch 9, 196�+, a copy of 'which is herewith filed, provided that no ,-
� permit hereafter shall tre�Fissued for the erection or use on said
premises of any commercial display sign except after approval of the ,

�The subject property has a frontage of 113 feet on the east side of
No. Snelling Avenue an'�d 95.5 feet on the north side of Edmund Avenue
resulting i�n an area of approximately 10,791 square feet. The Traffic
Engineer and the Planning Board staff have reviewed the proposal and
recommend approval. The State Highway Department has also reviewed
, the proposal and-recom'mends approval.

The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting on
March 5, 1964 and in consideration of the fact that the proposal meets
, all of the required �s.tandards and in consideration of the above find-
� ings, recommends approval of the application to reconstruct an existing
